Birkelunn is an authentic Norwegian hutte that was constructed in Norway and shipped to Scotland in the 1930's. The structure is set amidst quiet woods with views over heather-speckled fields and the Dee valley. There are traditional furnishings inside, including a cozy living room with an open fireplace and shared rooms with single beds.

Program

This retreats unfolds over seven days, combining a variety of outdoor and mindfulness activities. Start the morning with a daily check-in. The days are filled with breath workshops, deep focused meditations, and guided body scans and visualizations. There are specially curated activities to connect to nature including hiking, barefoot walking, and cold water dips.

Allan is an experienced facilitator who holds workshops and retreats in a variety of natural settings. He is a strong advocate for the importance of breathwork and cold therapy for mental, physical, and emotional health. In his workshops, Allan provides tools and techniques to help individuals tune into their inner nature.
