Head to the rural hamlet of Baldernock just outside of Glasgow to connect with nature and your breath during this three-day retreat. Over the course of the long weekend, use the power of breath control to foster a connection with your physiology. Learn how to lean into stress, power through the cold Scottish winters, and use your energy to maximize your potential as you explore exercises and breathing techniques that will enable this transformation. Immerse yourself in the quiet and peaceful nature during barefoot hikes and enhance your breathing with a targeted workout and cold-water immersion. Feast on locally sourced meals from the Scottish landscapes while honing your understanding of how to use breathe as a grounding tool.

Over the course of this three-day weekend retreat, dive into breathing techniques and outdoor activities that will connect you to breath, your physiology, and to nature. Each day brings a variety of activities to help you become a master of your energy and your breath. Barefoot walks, guided breathing sessions, deep-focused meditation, cold water dips, a workout, and group chats about breathing tools are among the activities taking place throughout the retreat.ย 


Nature and Rural setting
Boghall House is an elegant Edwarian Manor set on elaborate gardens about 25 minutes outside of Glasgow. Inside the house, there are two twin rooms, one triple, and one double, along with three bathrooms. There is a cozy lounge with a fireplace for relaxation as well as a modern kitchen. The grounds of Boghall House are next to a stream and just a 30 minute hike to waterfall. Meals are designed around a Paleo diet and prepared with seasonally available ingredients from the local area.ย

Allan Brownlie
Allan is an experienced facilitator who holds workshops and retreats in a variety of natural settings. He is a strong advocate for the importance of breathwork and cold therapy for mental, physical, and emotional health. In his workshops, Allan provides tools and techniques to help individuals tune into their inner nature.
