Deepen your yoga foundation with creative and exploratory practices that combine vinyasa and rocket yoga with mandala yoga and workshops that will test your strength and balance. Find deep release during soft, restorative yoga sequences, a sense of clarity with breathwork, a mental and physical detox with cleansing techniques, and deep relaxation with yoga Nidra sessions. Tune into nature as you relax along the river, amble through whimsical woodlands, and identify edible herbs and plants during wild food foraging adventures. Accommodation
Lower Marsh Farm is an expansive nature reserve set within an Area of Outstanding National Beauty on the River Tamar. This lush acreage is situated along the Cornish/Devon border surrounded by woodlands and salt marshes. The grounds include tennis courts, hot tubs, lawns for yoga, gardens, orchards with hammocks, a private beach, and plentiful spaces for outdoor dining and relaxation.
There are numerous accommodation options on Lower Marsh Farm. Bulrush Farm is suitable for 2-3 people and includes a kitchen, wood-fired hot tub, and bedroom. Orchard Cottage is a Victorian Gothic style property with a kitchen, garden, and sleeping/living area fit for 2-3 people. Kingfisher Barn is suitable for bigger groups offering three bedrooms, a kitchen, a garden area, and a hot tub. And finally, you can also choose to stay in off-grid yurts using solar power, coming with a cosy king bed and a shared bathroom.

This four-day retreat begins on Friday afternoon and ends Monday after brunch. Experience a mix of energizing rocket and vinyasa yoga flows alongside more restorative, nourishing sequences. Meditation, breathwork, journaling, yoga Nidra, and a challenging arm balance/inversions workshop will be mixed into the yoga sessions. Use free time to explore the lush grounds, play tennis, take woodlands walks, unwind in the hot tub, or kick back and relax in a hammock. You can book optional add-ons should you wish, including massage, paddle boarding, local wine tasting, and candle making classes.

Trina first stumbled upon yoga about seven years ago. Although she was always drawn to an active lifestyle from running to surfing to rock climbing, yoga quickly became much more than a way to stay active for her. Trina believes that what we learn on the mat-- awareness, stillness, introspection, and so much more-- can be used in our daily lives as well. Her classes connect movement and breathe, mixing strong and creative vinyasa/rocket flows with slow, restorative flow.
