Sink into a state of nurturing and consciousness in the healing energy of the forest and countryside. Practice yoga with views over wild gardens to the sound of the flowing river. Bring mindfulness into eating rituals, nourishing your body with organic meals. Engage with various meditation practices and singing sessions, harnessing self-love and compassion.
