Yoga, Pilates or Tai Chi
Capped at 14 people
Are you looking for a mini reset that won't exhaust your time or resources? Spend 24 hours in the magic of Snowdonia, soaking up peace, quiet, and divine views. Indulge in a brief getaway that will refresh you and inspire you to embrace self-compassion. Open your mind and body with mindful movement classes, exploring the practices of yoga, tai chi, and pilates. Clear your mind with intention-setting meditations and explore relaxation and mindfulness through a curated workshop. Most importantly, take the time to get in touch with nature, going for a dip in a refreshing lake or taking a meditative walk through the meadows.
This retreat is all about getting back to ourselves and remembering who we are, that you are a good person, that you are an amazing person and that you are enough. In fact, you are more than enough and sometimes we need to borrow the words from others to embed them into our own subconscious. This is what we will be doing on this retreat where we will explore the concept of self-love, work with the heart and heart-based workshops with Julie and practical applications of self-care with Clare. Nic will also be there to talk about her own experiences with heart opening and truly beginning to love herself for the first time.
In addition to this, there will be lots of opportunities to spend some time by yourself in order to reconnect to you, to enjoy walks, to be peaceful in the beautiful grounds of the Trigonos land. Not only that but to feed yourself nourishing organic food that will also lift your vibration or be around like minded people who will also help lift and elevate your frequency and confidence in yourself. Do not worry if you feel anxious about coming somewhere new if it's your first time. Many people have felt like same here before and come back time and time again after taking first step, have the courage.
