Every yoga session is aligned with your chakras (energy centres) to support the release of any energy blocks. 
This retreat is suitable for anyone who’d like to get away from the pressure of life and to come back to oneself.  To take part in daily group workshops as well as a 121 bespoke hypnotherapy session to help release what no longer serves you. 
To take time out in nature to relax in woodland cabins, nestled in 4 acres of private woodland, to nourish and energise with yoga, healthy plant based food, and learn how to manifest your deepest desires through the law of attraction.  

All levels are welcome and you can take everything at your own pace.

The Cleave boasts a brand new yoga studio, and infinity deck which offers views that not only take your breath away but offer a deep sense of relaxation whilst you participate in asana, pranayama, and meditation.

These practices will not only relax you but will help to increase oxygen flow, balance, clarity, and promote a peaceful mind and an open heart.

All asana practices (vinyasa flow, gentle yoga, yin yoga) are based around the chakras and combined with the hypnotherapy workshops you will experience a deep sense of love, connection and a release of things that no longer serve you.

Positioned on planetary ley lines, The Cleave is simply a magical place on earth. Anyone and everyone who is lucky enough to come to The Cleave leaves feeling energised, relaxed and centred. Combine this amazing setting with the practices of yoga, meditation, sound healing and self exploration you really will leave here feeling on top of the world! In fact, you won’t want to leave! You will stay in one of our three delightful cabins for two people, (twin or super king bed) and have access to a modern fitted woodland shower room. There are three cabins in the woods. Mole cabin, Badger Cabin and Toad Hall. There are twin beds in each cabin but if you prefer these can be connected to make a super king bed, upon request. Toad Hall is located at the top of a steep woodland path. Handrails and lighting are there to guide you. Due to the distance there is no running water in this cabin, but the views certainly make up for it! Water containers with plenty of water are supplied.

Program

The retreat unfolds over a long weekend from Friday afternoon until Monday morning. The days are filled with varied styles of yoga classes, hypnotherapy workshops, meditation and yoga Nidra, an essential oil mixing class, and vision boarding among other activities. Spend free time journaling, going for coastal walks, and simply relaxing.

Maya is an experienced hypnotherapist and wellness coach with a background in mental health and rehabilitation social work. Her work is inspired by her own transformational hypnotherapy experience that led her to train in a powerful set of techniques, which she offers during her retreats.
Amanda Pitman
Amanda
Amanda is delighted to host and hold space for your yoga retreat. With 23 years teaching experience Amanda is a yoga alliance qualified yoga instructor.  Amanda welcomes all abilities in yoga and not only is able to guide people with their own practice but those who have a desire to go inward and look deep within themselves. Yoga philosophy is a way of life and Amanda has studied this along side the mind, body and soul connection for many years. Amanda continues her own work of self exploration and offers guidance to those who wish to do the same.
