L’Għarix Temple Retreat is located on the Mediterranean island of Gozo, part of the Maltese archipelago. The retreat is built just behind the ancient Ġgantija temples, recognized to be the oldest standing buildings in the world. L’Għarix itself is more than 750 years old and has a cave for meditation and workshops, recognized as a place of healing. The retreat center also includes a studio as well as a variety of double and twin, en-suite rooms. Guests can also relax in the beautiful pool area and on the terraces overlooking surrounding mountains and temples.

Program

This five-day, private retreat is designed to enable deep inner healing and send you on a journey of deep soul searching. Arrive in the afternoon and settle in with tea before an afternoon therapy session. Start each morning with yoga or a meditation and scenic walk. Throughout the retreat, there are morning and afternoon therapy sessions using varied, exploratory techniques including a Between Lives session – a deep hypnotic process that allows you to reconnect you with your soul self. Engage in discussion and feedback following your session. In the afternoon, partake in guided meditations in a cave. Enjoy free time during the day to relax by the pool, at the beach, or to explore Gozo. Take time to journal and reflect on what you are learning during your sessions. In the evenings, take meditative walks to the beach, where you can catch sunset and use the space to meditate and journal.

Karin Laing is an  Internationally Certified Transpersonal Hypnotherapist, Past Life Regression Therapist and Energy Healer. She is also a Master Trainer in Hypnosis and Regression Therapy with the International Association of Councillors and Therapists (IACT). Based on the island of Malta, Karin helps her clients achieve clarity and move forward in their lives with positivity and balance. She offers one-on-one sessions, workshops, and group retreats.
