The Coach House is situated among the peaceful, rolling hills on the Welsh border surrounded by woodlands. The charming home is a perfect retreat in the wild Welsh beauty and can fit up to four guests. There are two stunning bedrooms and bathrooms, a self-catering kitchen, cozy living room, and an outdoor terrace overlooking the countryside. You can choose to cook for yourself or book meals through a local caterer, creating delicious eats and baked goods during your stay.

Program

This retreat is yours to shape. Olivia offers daily yoga and mindfulness sessions. Depending on your interests, you will be able to add on other activities and excursions as you wish. Guided wild swimming and kayaking, forest bathing, and therapeutic treatments including Tula Massage, Healing Shiatsu, Thai Massage and Ayurvedic Treatments. Alternatively, you can simply relax and recharge in the Welsh countryside.

Olivia is deeply experienced in both yogic traditions and Buddhist wisdom, practices she believes are integral to a balanced life. She has 20 years of professional experience offering yoga and shiatsu, which she infuses with her knowledge of Chinese medicine, Meridian Theory, and mindfulness. Olivia offers a blend of Yang and Yin yoga, creating energy and heat as well as encouraging deep restoration. Her approach to yoga is also one of healing, incorporating the five elements of Chinese medicine into her classes.
