The Manor Sun Retreat is a newly renovated 300 year old manor home set on sprawling grounds in the Lincolnshire countryside. There are seven luxurious and uniquely designed bedrooms over three floors that mix bed sizes and en-suite/shared bathrooms. The house boasts unique features such as a medieval themed banquet dining hall, sunlight technology to add warmth to even the gloomiest of days, and a games room complete with a casino table and disco lights. Beautiful gardens are on the property, including a peaceful Indian temple and garden.

The long weekend combines yoga, breathwork, talks, workshop, and independent partnership activities. Mornings begin with yoga to provide the foundation for connection. Throughout the day, partake in a diverse range of workshops and exercises that explore the varied dimensions of deepening a relationship. The weekend concludes with a sacred vows ceremony and celebration banquet.

Her own transformation journey brought her to study Sivananda yoga, breathwork, and life coaching. With over 30 years of yoga and meditation experience, Rohini is obsessed with well-being and working towards a sustainable, harmonious world.
Karl
Karl's entrepreneurial background brought him to develop several wellness businesses. He is drawn to the healing benefits of nature and light and has been a leading force in developing multi-sensory light therapy spaces. Karl has over 15 years of yoga experience and is a trained breathwork facilitator.
Dawn
Dawn is dedicated to a life of healing, living life with joy and vitality. She is an experienced nutrition and detox guru, as well as a powerful breathwork facilitator.
