Program
Begin each morning with a yoga class inspired by Somatic movement that is designed to strengthen and balance the body. Afternoons are left open to explore the surrounding wild landscapes, partake in optional therapies, or simply relax. During the evening, unwind with a nourishing Scaravelli-inspired yoga class and warm up around the fire with a cup of hot cocoa.

Frankie has been practicing yoga for 23 years and teaching for 13 years. Her yoga practice has been influenced by many traditional and non-traditional teachers in both India and the UK. Frankie has specialties in a variety of areas in yoga, including experience in post-natal yoga, somatic movement, and yoga for rehabilitation from injury.
Katy
Katy is a holistic therapist who has been influenced from her travels around the world. She has studied yoga for over 20 years, drawing on the expertise of renowned yoga teachers. Katy brings warmth and a healing touch to her yoga, relaxation, and massage therapy practices.
