This is a convenient way to recharge your batteries, soak up some pristine natural countryside, practise your yoga asanas, eat nourishing gourmet meals and enjoy the company of new friends. All levels, beginners to advanced, are welcomed in this fantastic yoga retreat. Yoga classes are descriptive, engaging, and focus on the intention of breath; fun styles and nurturing blend of Yin Yoga, Iyengar and Ashtanga-influenced Vinyasa, gentle Hatha and Pranayama.

Program
Days will begin with a morning hike on one of Sagrada's picturesque trails, and then a 1.5-hour yoga class in our spectacular brand new yoga studio that opens onto the trees, and majestic mountain views. In the late afternoon enjoy the second yoga class followed by restorative yoga postures that will leave you feeling grounded and at peace. After a healthy and tasty lunch there is plenty of time to lounge on a hammock, or venture off the ranch for a bit of Central Coast delicious wine tasting at local Paso Robles or Edna Valley Wineries.
Bask in the hot tub, explore the quaint towns of Santa Margarita, San Luis Obispo, Templeton, Paso Robles, or the breathtaking local beaches. Relax in our reflection garden, catch up on deep peaceful sleep, and experience the healing and rejuvenating benefits that Sagrada Wellness California Yoga Retreats has become famous for providing! All levels are welcome, from beginners to advanced.

ย Hiking
Take relaxing strolls to breathtaking vistas or bring your water bottle and plan on a challenging hike up and down rolling hills and through untouched canyons. Manzanita trees, gigantic oaks, sacred mountain sage, an abundance of California poppies, wild turkey, and exotic birds, will be some of the natural beauty you experience on your journey.
We recommend two trails; The Rinaconda Hiking Trail and Bishops Peak Trail. The Rinconada Hiking Trail (5 min from Sagrada Wellness Yoga Retreats). The Rinconada Trail connects Pozo Road with the unpaved Hi Mountain Lookout Road in the Santa Lucia District of Los Padres National Forest.
The trailhead is located on the south side of Pozo Road, roughly halfway between the turn-off for Santa Margarita Lake and Pozo. A sign indicates the turn-off to the short unpaved road to the trailhead.
Bishops Peak Trail (15 min from Sagrada Wellness Yoga Retreats), at 1559 feet, is the highest of the Nine Sisters (or Morros) in San Luis Obispo County. The peak is the centrepiece of the Bishop Peak Nature Reserve and can be accessed from trailheads on either Patricia Drive or Highland Drive.
Horseback riding
For all you cowgirls and cowboys put on your boots and saddle up! Enjoy a guided excursion on well-trained horses through breathtaking California terrain, taking in unspoiled nature and a plethora of wildlife. Horseback riding can be arranged for an additional fee.
In Shangri-La Ranch (5 min from Sagrada) you can enjoy horseback riding into some of the most beautiful countries on the Central Coast. Ride through sun-dappled forest, pristine meadows, and ancient rock formations.
You can be a part of nature and experience wildlife in this "remote paradise on earth". Some of the wildlife that has been seen on and near Shangri-La Ranch are deer, bears, cougars, bald eagles, and all kinds of beautiful birds - just to name a few.

San Simeon
It is a dreamy tropical island beach with a romantic vintage pier. Tasty caf and Hearst Ranch Winery tasting room located at the old country mart.
Montana de Oro
It is a state beach in a private cove with gorgeous pebble and seashell sand.
Dockside Caf
Reasonably priced super fresh and delicious seafood you can get at Morro Bays Fishermans Warf.
Elfin Forest
A Miniature unique oak tree forest is distinctive only to this area. A must-see.
Templton Saturday Farmers Market
A small town picturesque farmers market featuring truly the most delicious produce you'll ever have. Grab some tacos or spicy Thai food and sit and watch the drummers jam out.
Thursday night farmers market in SLO
It is full of fun, music, dancing and of course the freshest local produce. The air is full of mesquite scented smoke for the finger-licken BBQ baby back ribs and artisan pizzas.
Pier 46
A fish market and caf in Templeton create superb fish tacos and stock locally caught gifts from the sea.

Sagrada's accommodations are in their architecturally designed modern farmhouse retreat. The newly constructed home is designed by the co-owner and architect Scott Currie. It has a contemporary, rustic, country aesthetic that offers guests a special place to reflect on peace, awareness, and rejuvenation in the ranches' majestic and natural landscape.
Communal room
The communal room is a shared accommodation in the sunny mountain vista room. A large outside patio with gorgeous views is the ideal space for journaling, chatting with new friends or meditating on all of Sagrada's nature sounds. The communal room has a sitting area, plenty of cubby spaces for your clothes, toiletries and yoga gear, and a large bathroom. Bathrooms are cleaned daily, and fresh towels are always provided. Sagrada uses environmentally friendly laundry detergent and sun-dry whenever possible.
Private room
Private rooms have a queen size bed with comfy linens and open onto a spacious patio with gorgeous ranch views. Shared bathrooms are across the hall and are accented with Italian tiles, reclaimed barn wood from Sagrada's property and modern waterfall showers. Similarly, bathrooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels are always provided.
