This three-day, two-night retreat weekend starts in the late afternoon on Friday and ends after tea late afternoon on Sunday. Mornings start with a relaxed vinyasa yoga class. Each day includes multiple guided meditations, Dharma talks, and workshops that explore the causes of stress and how to release them at home. In the afternoons, there is time to take refreshing walks through the countryside and explore local villages sites. On Saturday evening, unwind with a singing bowl sound bath after dinner.
