Move your body mindfully with slow, soulful yoga sequences and tune into your inner voice with guided meditations. Explore the causes of inner stress and anxiety with uplifting dharma talks, which provide you with tools to destress at home. Take breaks to connect to yourself and to nature on meditative walks and self-reflection time in the garden and woods. Release all that has been holding you back during a deeply restorative relaxation session, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated.

Ascension in the Fields Retreat Centre is tucked into the Cambrian Mountains on over 30 acres of woodlands. The property is plentiful in ponds, a peaceful river, and quiet spots for reflection. Onsite, there is a converted barn with three bedrooms, a kitchen, and a common living space.

Program

This day retreat is focused entirely on relaxing and removing stress from your life, starting in the morning and ending late afternoon. After morning tea, settle into your first meditation session and workshop, followed by a gentle vinyasa yoga class and a guided deep relaxation. Refuel with vegan lunch and then regroup for the final session of the day, inclusive of another meditation and themed workshop. Take time to simply relax and explore the abundant nature around you.

David's classes are practical and transparent, fused with his sense of humor and warmth, making them approachable for everyone.
