Program
The retreat starts with a welcome circle to connect retreat participants. The mornings begin with a slow vinyasa yoga class accessible for all levels, followed by brunch and then a rejuvenating yin yoga class. In the afternoons, participants can choose to book a massage treatment, take a walk through the lush property, or simply relax. After a delectable, plant-based dinner, the evenings end with a crystal bowls sound bath or yoga nidra.
Instructor
Lisa
Lisa brings with her 25 years of yoga practice and 12 years of teaching experience. Her journey through yoga includes training in vinyasa, yin, scaravelli inspired Hatha and restorative yoga and continues to evolve as she explores new aspects of the practice. Lisa varies her classes depending on her students and always incorporates mindfulness through a variety of breathing and meditation exercises.
