The ashram is a simple, comfortable, and modern bungalow with an expansive garden overlooking the rolling hills of the Pembrokeshire countryside. There are four bedrooms with a mix of twin, double, and queen beds, as well as two shared bathrooms. The house is also equipped with a kitchen and living room with cozy sofas.

Program
The retreat weekend starts on Friday evening and ends on Sunday afternoon. Saturday starts early with Hatha yoga, followed by a karma yoga practice to prepare and enjoy healthy food, and pranayama and yoga Nidra. Enjoy free time during the afternoon, booking a massage or exploring the local area before attending a yoga therapy session. After dinner there is a Satsang session and silence for the remainder of the night. Sunday follows a similar program, ending after lunch with a group chanting.

Yogachariya
Yogachariya Jnandev is the founder of Yoga Satsanga in Wales. He studied yoga deeply during his upbringing in India and became a saddhu for some time, studying under several different Swamijis. For Jnandev, the moral aspects of yoga are just as important as the practice itself.
