In the main building, you'll find eight cozy bedrooms in a variety of styles with either en-suite or private bathrooms. The house also has a dining room, lounge area, and relaxation studio. Right next door at the Old Chapel is a meditation and yoga studio. One of the best perks? A hot tub to soak in as you look over the green valleys.

Sarah is a personal development coach, yoga, and mom. Motherhood motivated her to overcome her insecurities and create a life and career she was passionate about. Yoga, meditation, and self-care played a significant role in this transformation but her work with a personal development coach was key to overcoming her limiting beliefs. Inspired by her own journey, Sarah now works with individuals to help them move past fear and manifest their dreams in a balanced, present manner through retreats and personal coaching.
