Amanda
I have worked in the wellness industry for over 20 years. My background is in personal training and teaching classes. Many years ago, I progressed as a holistic therapist in aromatherapy massage and nutrition. My business is that of helping people recover from chronic fatguie. In 2012 I won an award for helping people recover from CFS knowledge of nutritional products.
However, in 2020, I was hit by covid which changed my focus. When long-covid came about I realised how extreme this condition was and how there was so little help. So from there whilst recovering from covid I started to post about my recovery to help others. I have built a group with over 4000 members now which is still helping people recover from long covid through, nutrition. During this weekend I will take you on a journey of gut health and how to practice good gut care for immune and mental health
