Embrace the brisk, fresh sea air on walks along the dramatic coastline and nourish with divine, homemade food. Plas Candat is a secluded country house on the Isle of Anglesey with access to a winding river, rushing waterfalls, historic gardens, and magical woodlands. The Coach house is luxuriously designed and equipped, housing up to 11 guests. There is a large wood burning stove in the living room and views over the rolling countryside. On the property, there is a modern yoga studio looking out to the park.

Program

The retreats starts on Friday evening and ends late afternoon on Sunday. After you've settled in, join a Friday evening yoga and meditation class followed by group dinner. Both Saturday and Sunday morning start with yoga and meditation. Join guided walks along the coast after breakfast. Enjoy the afternoon to relax, read, journal, or indulge in a holistic massage treatment. In the evening, unwind with a restorative yoga and meditation session.

Claire has been practicing yoga for over 40 years and completed her teacher certification in 2015. While her classes focus around Hatha yoga, she incorporates many styles that encourage her students to release physical tension and emotional blockages, restoring balance to the mind and body. 
Kate Stylli
Kate
Being an ex-gymnast movement has always played an important role in Katy’s life. She focuses on balancing strength with flexibility, reinforcing the body and mind, and releasing tension to encourage longevity and mobility. Her sequences are inspired by Vinyasa flow, created to be physically challenging while tailored to one's ability. These sequences provide an active, full-body experience that strengthens through stretching, breathing, lengthening and opening.
