We will be staying in Bore Place, a beautiful historic venue with acres of organic gardens, ponds, woodlands and farms. It is just 35 miles from London in the peaceful Kent countryside, making it the ideal place to escape for a short weekend yoga retreat to calm your body and mind. It is the perfect place to let the deeper layers of your yoga practice develop naturally. You will leave feeling relaxed and completely revitalised.

Carrie
Carrie started her yoga journey ten years ago. Her yoga teaching style is very calm and meditative yet offering challenging sequences to continually develop the students’ practice in a safe and supportive environment. Carrie encourages students to explore their yoga practice in their own unique way, with patience and acceptance to where they are in their journey.

Carrie teaches at various studios and gyms across London.
Carrie also teaches Private 1-1 and Group sessions as well as Corporate Yoga classes and has taught classes for Michael Page Recruitment, China Construction Bank, Tommy Hilfiger, UBS, Trayport and London CRC Probation.
