During this three-day retreat, arrive late afternoon on Friday and leave mid-afternoon on Sunday. On the evening of arrival, settle in with meditation and a Hatha flow class. Mornings start with an optional neti cleanse followed by meditation and Hatha yoga. After brunch, there are workshops on offer, including exploring face yoga and facial pressure points. Enjoy free time to embark on walks, explore nearby towns, book treatment, or simply relax. In the evening sink into a place of stillness with restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra.
