 The Old Rectory in Symondsbury is a historic rectory that has been converted into a fitness and retreat center. The elegant grounds overlook the sea and are surrounded by sprawling gardens. The house has a variety of rooms to choose from, including a number of superior rooms that are elegantly decorated and offer stunning countryside views. Relax in one of the sitting rooms or library, or unwind with a game of pool. The OId Rectory features a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center.

Program

This weekend retreat is action-packed and will keep you moving throughout the day. Start the morning early with a walk or run. Refuel with breakfast and then attend an informational workshop before heading to bootcamp or another type of workout. After lunch, get active with boxing and unwind with restorative yoga to relax your muscles after an active day. Relax or book therapeutic treatments after dinner.

She brings a diverse and impressive background, as a triathlete who is a nutrition coach, exercise class instructor, and mental health nurse. Lucy combines expertise in nutrition, fitness, and mindfulness in her teachings.
