The four-day retreat offers daily yoga classes, with a focus on Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Restorative and Nidra Yoga. The Ashtanga sunrise practice (sun salutations) is optional, and there are daily meditations and specialised workshops led by qualified and knowledgeable guest speakers.
