If you find coming into Autumn and Winter a challenge on your health then why not enjoy a four night get away to this relaxing Yoga and Nutritional Wellness retreat this October? The brand new yoga studio and infinity deck offers views that not only take your breath away but offer a deep sense of relaxation whilst you participate in asana, pranayama and meditation to increase oxygen flow, balance all systems, gain clarity and promote a peaceful mind. Whether its Vinyasa flow yoga, Gentle yoga, Yin yoga or Yoga Nidra there is something for everyone to enjoy depending on your preference. Included is a 121 Nutritional Healing session with Paula, our Nutritional and Wellbeing Coach. She can help advise you on ways to upgrade your nutrition and lifestyle practices with practical suggestions to help you through the up and coming seasons. Amanda and Paula offer a wealth of knowledge to support your mind, body and soul so that you leave feeling refreshed and renewed. Prices include shared accommodation, shared shower room,  plant based meals, cold drinks, hot drinks, snacks, and of course their exclusive program of yoga, meditation and presentations.

Relax at the Cleave in it's tranquil setting, nestled in 4 acres of woodland in the sleepy Village of Lee, North Devon. Holding space for just 6 of you, there is plenty of space and time for you to learn about nutritional health, and how it affects all the subtle bodies as well as connect deeply to yourself. With guided yoga to not only benefit the body coming into the Autumn and Winter season, you will learn how to balance your energetic systems by keeping yourself at optimal health with eating with the elements.

Program

This retreat is suitable for anyone who'd like to get away from the pressures of life, take time out in nature to nourish and energise with wellness, healthy food, learn about optimal nutrition for the seasons, yoga and how to manifest your deepest desires. Lots of free time is made available and if you like to you can book in with a session of Reflexology. It is a wonderfully relaxing treatment, helping to reduce anxiety, calm the body and induce a sense of wellbeing. You can also visit the local beaches or walk down to Lee Bay to refresh with some sea air. The Cleaves boasts a large spacious garden to enjoy and spend time to sit in and come back to you. Included in this retreat is a goodie bag, essential oil mixing, cacao ceremony, journalling, smoothies, plant based brunches, two course dinners, Teas and coffees and snacks, 121 nutritional healing session.

Amanda is delighted to host and hold space for your yoga retreat. With 23 years teaching experience Amanda is a yoga alliance qualified yoga instructor.  Amanda welcomes all abilities in yoga and not only is able to guide people with their own practice but those who have a desire to go inward and look deep within themselves. Yoga philosophy is a way of life and Amanda has studied this along side the mind, body and soul connection for many years. Amanda continues her own work of self exploration and offers guidance to those who wish to do the same.
