The retreat starts on Friday with an afternoon immune-boosting yoga practice. On Saturday and Sunday, there are two yoga classes, meditation, and yoga Nidra. There will be a workshop each on Saturday and Sunday, including one on cooking seasonal, Ayurvedic food. The long weekend provides plenty of time to explore the abundant woodlands and is within walking distance to the sea with the opportunity to go in if anyone chooses to do so. Located on the North Devon Coastal Pathway you can hike in either direction during freetime to explore Ilfracombe or Woolacombe.
Arriving at 3pm Friday, there will be light refreshments to welcome you and time to find your cabin, unpack, unwind and take time to breathe. Friday will consist of a yoga practice, dinner and yoga nidra. Saturday and Sunday will begin at 8am, brunch at 10am then freetime to explore or simply rest and soak up the tranquility of Lee. There will be a workshop each afternoon, a second yoga practice then dinner at 6pm before an evening activity, previous guests have enjoyed a camp fire. Monday morning there will be a yoga practice, a light breakfast, a closing circle before departing around 11am.
