If you're eager to mix up your fitness routine, get sweaty, and feel your muscles work, head to the Welsh countryside for a bootcamp weekend with fitness and nutrition specialists. Start the weekend with a customized health assessment and set your fitness and health goals both for the weekend and for the long term. Increase your flexibility and work your core during power yoga, focus on cardio and self-defense skills during kickboxing, build strength and endurance during circuit sessions, and step outside of your comfort zone with pole fitness. Don't forget to fill up on tasty, nutritious meals, pamper yourself with treatments, and learn to relax with guided meditation and breathing, and unwind around the fire.

Old Lan Farmhouse is set amidst the quiet countryside with views over rolling hills. The farmhouse has four rooms with varied bed and bathroom setups, as well as one self-contained loft. The expansive acreage is perfect for outdoor relaxation and events. Facilities include yoga and fitness studios, as well as wifi across the entire property. There is a resident wellness coach to support nutritious, locally-sourced meals prepared by a chef.

Program

Stay active during a weekend filled with a sampling of many different fitness sessions. Start the mornings early with a rigorous bootcamp. Once you refuel with breakfast, move into an energetic power yoga session. After lunch, attend a nutrition workshop, get sweaty during a kickboxing class, and learn to stretch and balance your body. In the evening, unwind with meditation and time around the fire. Although the weekend is active, there is time to rest, relax, and pamper yourself with treatments.

Instructors

Emma Hooper
Emma Hooper
Originally qualified as a personal trainer and nutrition adviser, Emma turned to naturopathic nutritional therapy in search of answers to her own health challenges. With over 20 years of experience practicing yoga, she began her teacher training in 2017 and is currently a 500 hour certified yoga teacher. Emma combines Hatha yoga and meditation in one-on-one and group classes and retreats. 
Faye Brownjohn
Faye Brownjohn
Faye is deeply experienced in health and fitness and began as a personal trainer over 20 years ago. In 2013, she opened up a pole fitness studio where she also offers aerial fitness classes. Beyond fitness, Faye works in nutrition and weight management. 
Helen Williams
Helen Williams
Helen is a highly acclaimed holistic therapist with over 15 years’ experience in the industry. Helen was introduced to the importance of self-care, having faced her own challenges with anxiety. Further adding to her holistic toolkit over the subsequent years, Helen has engaged in private training courses including reflexology and acupressure. She was also introduced to the holistic treatment Reiki in 2011 to help with insomnia and anxiety and fell in love with its powerful results. 
Fern Lewis
Fern Lewis
Serving up delicious meals for the duration of the retreat, Fern has gained experience from working in many surroundings, from Alpine ski chalets to superyachts in the Med & Caribbean, and also running her own café (Caffi Pura in Tenby). She brings with her a passion for preparing delicious, wholesome cuisine to compliment a wellbeing focused retreat.
