Program

Over five days, reconnect to your breathe and to nature through a series of targeted activities and sessions. Start the day with a morning check-in. Partake in guided meditations, breathwork, visualization, and body scans to develop a physical and mental awareness. Immerse yourself in nature with barefoot walking, a hike through Cairngorms National Park, and cold water dips. End each day with a gratitude practice and a hearty, nutritious meal.

Allan is an experienced facilitator who holds workshops and retreats in a variety of natural settings. He is a strong advocate for the importance of breathwork and cold therapy for mental, physical, and emotional health. In his workshops, Allan provides tools and techniques to help individuals tune into their inner nature.
