Mindfulness meditation
Leave your worries behind and head to the fresh air and country roads of a farm in Mid-Wales for a long weekend of yoga, nature, and meditation. Greet the morning with mindfulness practices, sun salutations and learn or build your foundations of the physical (asana) practice. Enjoy the after-breakfast morning workshops expanding on tips on alignment and talking about the art of slowing down. Spend your days exploring the surrounding landscapes and refreshing in the cool lake waters. Come evening, relax and immerse your body with restorative yoga and yoga Nidra, preparing you for a deep, restful night’s sleep. Emerge from the retreat feeling grounded and renewed. The retreat is kept small, hosting 14 guests maximum to make sure each guest can get plenty of personalised advice and attention. It's a small enough group for You to be able to hide away with a book, while also being large enough to mix with the other participants. There might even be a chance to join a treasure hunt!

Converted barn
Stay in shared or private rooms in oak-framed barns with a farmhouse-style feel. There is a beautiful yoga studio with underfloor heating and lots of light. There's a pool table and even a tiny sauna for you to enjoy! The property offers access to numerous hiking trails and a lake.

Program

Begin each morning with a mindfulness practice followed by energetic yoga flow. Partake in daily workshops that cover topics including the foundation of sun salutations and the art of slowing down. In the evenings, unwind with restorative yoga and yoga Nidra for deep sleep. During free time, take hikes through the countryside or go for a dip in the lake.

Adri Szigeti
Adri’s yoga journey has been inspired by her own personal experience dealing with an overactive thyroid. This condition inspired her to immerse in deeper studies of yoga including the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Goa, India. Her classes combine traditional Ashtanga and Hatha yoga asanas, Iyengar alignment, and the Himalayan tradition of yoga meditation, together creating a mind-body balance.
