The retreat is set in an 18th-century home in Avalon next to Glastonbury Abbey, which serves as a place of calm and meditation. The interior is flooded with natural light and is plentiful in curated spaces for reflection, reading, and journaling. Take sanctuary in the elaborate, peaceful garden blooming with colorful flowers and draping foliage that surround the historic home. Enjoy plant-based dishes created with seasonal ingredients or opt for a detox meal plan with smoothies, juices, and soups carefully designed to cleanse the body.

Program

This private retreat can be shaped around the individual’s interest with the goal of helping them into their inner self. Mornings start with a yoga class. Much of the day is carried out in silence to maximize the opportunity for listening and going deeper into one self. The evening sessions vary and can include yoga, meditation, sound healing, or dance.
