The Old Post House is a classic B&B home in St. Just, Cornwall. Although the house has been upgraded with modern amenities, it still retains classic, French vintage details including antique benches and a grand staircase. There are three spacious and delightfully comfortable rooms, one with a king bed and two with double beds. Two rooms are en-suite and the third bedroom has a private bedroom. The house also features amenities like a relaxation room, a breakfast room, wifi, a flatscreen TV, and a beautiful garden. Nutritious meals are prepared from locally sourced products.

Program

The retreat takes places over three nights and three days at a cozy B&B in Cornwall. Friday commences with an evening yoga class. Saturday and Sunday each start with a morning meditation and yoga class. Following lunch, there is a guided nature walk, one along the coast and the other to the Stone Circle walk. In the evening, there is a second yoga class. On the final day, there is morning meditation and breakfast followed by one last yoga class.

Fiona Moyle
Fiona brings over 25 years of experience studying and practicing Hatha yoga and spent over two years training with the Traditional Yoga Association. She is passionate about using yoga as a means to self-discovery and to help balance the mind and body. Fiona's classes are restorative, focusing on connecting movement though breath, and incorporate meditation, chanting, pranayama, and sound.
