West Lexham is an eco-friendly retreat center set on 21 acres of gardens and woodlands with nature trails, a river, lake, and abundance of wildlife. The luxurious manor house has plush rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a yoga studio. The retreat center is run on 90% renewable energy and also has tree houses, cottages, cabins, and glamping tents onsite.

Program

Start the weekend with an intention-setting ceremony and releasing practice. Over the next couple of days, mornings will start with a healthy shot followed by energizing vinyasa flow, pranayama, and meditation. Participate in a soothing gong sound bath, an afternoon restorative practice, and evening yoga Nidra. Use free time to explore the abundant offerings and activities of West Lexham.

Emma first found yoga as a means to alleviate physical pain and also find a stillness in her mind and within herself. She completed her teacher training in Rishikesh, India and first taught yoga in Peru. Emma is inspired to share her passion for the practice and to help others find the same peace that she was able to find with yoga.
