Whisk away to the idyllic coast of the Isle of Wight for a restorative yoga and mindfulness retreat to beat the winter blues. Spend a long weekend nurturing your mind, body, and soul on the quiet side of the isle. Awaken your muscles with energizing yoga flow, while quieting your mind and restoring your body with Yin and meditation. Breathe in the fresh winter air during coastal walks and atop cliffs overlooking the winding countryside and blue-green sea. Take a refreshing swim in the icy, crashing waves and warm up in front of a crackling fire from the comforts of an elegant Manor home.

Program

The retreat unfolds over three nights and four days, from Thursday evening to Sunday morning. Mornings bring an energising vinyasa flow class and meditation. Much of the day is left free to allow time to go on a coastal or country walk, take a dip in the chilly sea, or visit a nearby pub. In the evenings, the retreat reconvenes for relaxing Yin yoga and Nidra sessions, as well as a fire pit.
