During the course of your five-day and night stay with Angela and her team, you will have daily mindfulness coaching sessions, and training which includes walks in nature, as well as calming meditation practice. You will also receive three restorative yoga sessions, and be treated to wholesome and nutritional daily meals and freshly-baked tea time treats. During your free time, you can wander the cliffs, visit historic castles and coastal villages, explore the garden and watch the poultry cluck and play about and visit the beautiful beach below. You will receive a workbook and Mp3 recordings to help you continue your mindfulness journey after the retreat experience.
