Each day brings a new focus on cleansing another one of your organs. Clear your mental and physical well-being with a detoxing juice and liquid cleanse, inviting carefully chosen teas, juices, broths, and health shots into your body. Find deep release through the slow, restorative postures of Yin yoga and Yoga Nidra. Deepen your understanding of Chinese medicine and the Meridian Theory through exploratory workshops. Restore balance by reconnecting with nature on quiet, meditative walks through magical woodlands and swims in the pristine lakes. Leave feeling lighter, balanced, and restored.

Ashlack Estate is an old manor farmhouse that has been converted into a retreat center. Many of the period details have been preserved, while updates have been made to modernize the space. There is a mix of accommodation choices, including basic and deluxe rooms with en-suite or shared bathrooms, along with the choice to share or have a private room. The house has spacious common rooms to practice yoga and unwind in and is set on beautiful curated grounds with views over the countryside and easy access to the woods.

Program

Over five days and six nights, develop a regular yoga and mindfulness routine. Start each day with a guided meditation followed by tea and a tonic shot. Move into a releasing Yin yoga class focused on a specific organ each day and follow it up with an activating shot to correspond with the organ. In the afternoon, relax in nature and explore therapeutic treatments. Come evening time, attend workshops and unwind with restorative yoga and meditation.

Janine Behrendt
Janine began exploring yoga in 2008 for both the physical practice as well as to find a sense of calm. Since then, she has completed multiple teacher trainings around the world. Janine is now a 500 hour trained yoga teacher, including trainings in Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, and Jivamukti, and is currently pursuing certification as a breathwork facilitator. In her classes, Janine blends various styles of yoga to create a balanced experience.
