Plas Candat is a secluded country house on the Isle of Anglesey with access to a winding river, rushing waterfalls, historic gardens, and magical woodlands. The Coach house is luxuriously-designed and equipped, housing up to 11 guests. There is a large wood-burning stove in the living room and views over the rolling countryside. On the property, there is a modern yoga studio looking out to the park.

Program

Kick off the retreat with a Friday evening yoga and meditation class and the opportunity to become acquainted with one another. Saturday and Sunday morning include a meditation practice and an activating yoga class to awaken mind and body. After brunch, take a guided walk through your magical natural surroundings. Use free time in the afternoon to relax or pamper yourself with a massage. In the evening, unwind with restorative yoga and calming meditation.

Laura Bell
Laura is a yoga teacher and founder of the Zest Life. She specialises in a dynamic Vinyasa flow style yoga that seeks to rejuvenate from the inside out. Laura has also developed a Vipassana meditation practice that helps shape her teachings as well. She continues to practise yoga at a physical level but through continued Vipassana meditation she has developed a more spiritual path to her practise, which she incorporates into her teachings both on and off the mat.
