Fair Oak Farm Country Estate is spread over 12 acres of sprawling countryside. Accommodation is in luxurious facilities, including eco-friendly tree houses, barns, and shepherd's huts. The estate is set amidst blooming gardens and shady trees, with walking trails aplenty winding through the property.

Program

This four-day retreat starts on Tuesday and ends on Friday. The retreat is designed around creating a program for women experiencing peri-menopause and menopause. The program combines nutrition workshops, healthy eating, and healing yoga throughout the four days. Guided meditations take place each morning and evening, and free time can be used to take quiet walks through the gardens or relax beneath the shade of trees.

Jess is a yoga and meditation teacher with ten years of teaching experience. Her classes incorporate strong flow sequences that connect to the breath and enable students to find a place of calm. Jess embodies a deep passion for yoga and the belief that the tools of the yoga are a catalyst for inner and outer peace.
