Are you looking to mix a bit of island relaxation with an upbeat fitness program? Spend a week on fantastic Mykonos for a workout holiday that will leave you feeling energized, fit, and rejuvenated. Make progress towards your fitness goals while you explore a wide range of activities, from HIIT training and strengthening and conditioning, to yoga and pilates-inspired classes and bike rides around the island. Break a sweat and test your endurance to the backdrop of vivid blue ocean and jump in for a refreshing swim at the end of your workout. Don't forget to simply relax, take some excursions around the island, treat yourself to a relaxing massage, and taste a selection of delicious Greek cuisine.

The Saint John Resort is a luxurious five-star hotel and spa decorated in classic Aegean style of whites and blues. The hotel is located in close proximity to the old town of Mykonos with stunning sea views from outdoor terraces and the infinity pool. Rooms are comfortable and chic with twin or double beds and garden views that can be booked privately or shared. Take advantage of the fully equipped gym, try out the many restaurants serving impeccable food, and indulge at the serene spa with a therapeutic treatment.

Program

The retreat takes place over five nights and six days. Each morning starts early with sunrise yoga, circuit training, or a HIIT workout. Throughout the day, partake in an afternoon and evening fitness session, varying from bootcamps and core training, to bike rides and runs around the island. Spend free time relaxing, exploring the island, unwinding at the spa, and trying out local cuisine.
