Head to the Isle of Anglesey for a week of yoga and wild swimming among serene, secluded landscapes. Rise and shine with energising yoga and meditation to prepare your mind and body for a day of swimming. Leave your worries behind as you dive into refreshing waters on the coasts and swim in pristine lakes surrounded by majestic mountains with the guidance of local experts. Take meditative walks along the coast and nourish with picnic lunches on sandy beaches. Restore your body with slow, rejuvenating yoga classes come evening. Soak up the long days of summer amidst lush gardens, feeding your soul with fresh air, adventures in nature, mouthwatering meals and restorative massages.

Plas Candat is a secluded country house on the Isle of Anglesey with access to a winding river, rushing waterfalls, historic gardens, and magical woodlands. The Coach house is luxuriously designed and equipped, housing up to 11 guests. There is a large wood burning stove in the living room and views over the rolling countryside. On the property, there is a modern yoga studio looking out to the park.

Program

The retreats starts on Monday afternoon and ends on Friday morning after a good breakfast. Start the retreat with a yoga and meditation class on Monday evening once you're comfortably settled in. Each morning begins with meditation and an active yoga class that will challenge your abilities to prepare you for a day of activities. After breakfast, head off to spectacular swimming locations around Wales and spend the afternoon in some of Wales' most beautiful coastal pools and serene lakes. Rest and treat yourself to a massage in the late afternoon and relax with a gentle, restorative yoga flow in the evening.

Natalie
Natalie has over 15 years' experience doing yoga and four spent as a  qualified yoga teacher. Her background in anatomy inspires creativity in her classes, as she encourages her students to focus on how each asana feels rather than looks. Natalie's expertise lies in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin, as well as ancient yoga philosophy. 
Kate Stylli
Kate Stylli
Being an ex-gymnast movement has always played an important role in Katy’s life. She focuses on balancing strength with flexibility, reinforcing the body and mind, and releasing tension to encourage longevity and mobility. Her sequences are inspired by Vinyasa flow, created to be physically challenging while tailored to one's ability. These sequences provide an active, full-body experience that strengthens through stretching, breathing, lengthening and opening.
Claire Riley
Claire Riley
Claire has been practicing yoga for over 40 years and completed her teacher certification in 2015. While her classes focus around Hatha yoga, she incorporates many styles that encourage her students to release physical tension and emotional blockages, restoring balance to the mind and body.
