Fuaran Bed and Breakfast is situated in a secluded part of the isle with easy access to the harbor. There are single and double rooms all equipped with en-suite bathrooms. The house also has a cozy yoga and meditation room. A vegetarian/vegan breakfast and brunch are served daily, though the evening meal is excluded.

Program

The exclusive retreat takes place over five days and four nights. There are three sessions each day, including gentle stretching, breathwork, meditation, and workshops exploring mindfulness topics. The focus of the retreat revolves around Yoga Nidra, exploring its different applications in addressing concepts like physical and emotional pain and Nidra for sleep, among other topics. Afternoons are left open to explore the isle, take trips to the coast, sail on the sea, search for wildlife, or unwind in the island's small eateries.

Susan's yoga foundation is in Hatha yoga, though she draws experience and inspiration from a variety of styles of yoga, including Nidra, Vinyasa, and Iyengar. Her classes mix many styles and work to address the mind, body, and spirit with the goal of equipping her students with the tools to feel calm and balanced.
