This three-day, four-night retreat begins on Friday afternoon and ends Monday morning. Start the retreat with an opening circle, yoga class, and meditation. The evening includes a relaxing Yin and yoga Nidra. Each morning begins with a vinyasa flow and meditation session followed by brunch. Saturday includes a workshop and SUP adventure. Sunday includes a nature walk and picnic lunch. Enjoy free time to go for a walk, swim, or simply relax. In the evening, unwind with Yin yoga and campfires.
