Are you craving a refreshing dose of mountain air and water adventures? Spend a long weekend soaking up the magic of the Lake District during this yoga, nature, and walking retreat. Move your body each morning with a playful vinyasa flow class and get in tune with your mind during a guided meditation. Fill your days with refreshing dips in the crystal-blue lakes and invigorating hikes through the rolling hills of the Lake District as you breathe in fresh, mountain air. Test your balance as you master the art of paddle boarding and SUP yoga. Nourish yourself with delicious, plant-based meals and take picnic lunches to the mountains. Relax with releasing Yin yoga sequences and cozy up in front of crackling fires come evening.

The historic house is situated on the edge of Coniston Water in the heart of the Lake District. The rooms are a mixture of double, twin, and bunk beds. Enjoy walking in the beautiful gardens, walk along the edge of the lake and there are an abundance of nature trails carving through the surrounding mountains.

Program

This three-day, four-night retreat begins on Friday afternoon and ends Monday morning. Start the retreat with an opening circle, yoga class, and meditation. The evening includes a relaxing Yin and yoga Nidra. Each morning begins with a vinyasa flow and meditation session followed by brunch. Saturday includes a workshop and SUP adventure. Sunday includes a nature walk and picnic lunch. Enjoy free time to go for a walk, swim, or simply relax. In the evening, unwind with Yin yoga and campfires.

Jenny Clark
Jenny (AKA Zen with Jen) believes in the healing power of the outdoors, proper rest and being by the sea. She completed her 200 hour vinyasa teacher training in 2017 and has since studied yin yoga, trauma-informed yoga and meditation. Jenny is also a paddle board and SUP yoga instructor. She loves sharing the practice of yoga and helping others feel more connected to themselves and to the world, something she shares through her adventure-inspired retreat company The Wild Times.
