Program
The retreat extends for five nights. Each day includes an energizing yoga class, a gentle yoga class, and a meditation/breathing session. During the retreat, there is one yoga workshop as well as beach or outdoor yoga, weather permitting. Spend free time visiting the coast, local villages, or taking countryside walks.ย
Accommodation
The beautiful property boasts three different accommodation options: the farmhouse, the barn, and the cabin. The farmhouse has a variety of double, single, and twin rooms with a mix of en-suite and shared bathrooms, as well as a sitting room styled with impeccable taste. The barn has one luxury bedroom and luxury bathroom, as well as a more modest double bedroom and shower room. The cozy cabin is fit for 1-2 people with one bathroom and bedroom and a private kitchen.ย

Irene
Although she had previously been familiar with yoga, Irene's deeper journey with yoga started in 2014 as a means to address health issues. Her passion encouraged her to complete her yoga certification in 2016. Since, Irene has continued her yoga training, gaining certifications in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin yoga, in addition to becoming a breathing coach. Yoga helps Irene live in the present and find a sense of self-empowerment, something she strives to share in her classes.
