Toadhall Rooms is a boutique bed and breakfast establishment located a few miles from Stonehaven Village on Scotland's northeast coast and easily accessible from the city of Aberdeen.  At Toadhall haven you will feel well looked after and peaceful, awakened by the sound of clucking hens who have just laid your breakfast bounty!  While here you can easily visit charming Stonehaven and see nearby Dunnottar Castle, and explore this and other quaint coastal villages.  Alternatively, simply curl up in a comfortable bed with a good book or your journal, wander the rugged cliff paths, visit the nearby beach to watch the waves crash against the shore, and return to daily life replenished and restored.

Program

During the course of your five-day and night stay with Angela and her team, you will have daily mindfulness coaching sessions, and training which includes walks in nature, as well as calming meditation practice. You will also receive three restorative yoga sessions, and be treated to wholesome and nutritional daily meals and freshly-baked tea time treats. During your free time, you can wander the cliffs, visit historic castles and coastal villages, explore the garden and watch the poultry cluck and play about and visit the beautiful beach below. You will receive a workbook and Mp3 recordings to help you continue your mindfulness journey after the retreat experience.

08:30 Breakfast followed by plan activities (mindfulness workshops, meditations, walks in nature, visit castles, yoga, free time)
13:00 Lunch, followed by planned activities
19:30 Evening meal

Angela is an accredited Mindfulness coach based in Aberdeen, Scotland. She travels across the United Kingdom offering her insights and equipping course participants with tools and techniques to bring greater calm, connection and creativity to their lives. Angela is passionate about her craft and has helped hundreds of individuals with cultivating greater inner awareness, stress reduction and overall spiritual, emotional, physical and intellectual empowerment. She also specialises in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), which you can learn from her, signing up to a dedicated online course.
