Imbolc marks the awakening of spring on the Celtic calendar and is an opportune time for rebirth as the seasons gradually change. Align with the shift in seasons during a day-long yoga and intention-setting retreat in a historic village overlooking the rolling valleys of Buckinhamshire. Draw upon the restorative, quiet energy of winter and the rejuvenating, refreshing energy of spring to manifest a period of growth and expansion. Focus on setting intentions for the coming months with a guided journaling session and channel this energy through energizing pranayama and an alignment-focused yoga flow class. Immersed in the healing energy, release all that is not serving you and sink into a state of relaxation and healing during a gong bath meditation.

Instructor
Emma
Emma first found yoga as a means to alleviate physical pain and also find a stillness in her mind and within herself. She completed her teacher training in Rishikesh, India and first taught yoga in Peru. Emma is inspired to share her passion for the practice and to help others find the same peace that she was able to find with yoga.
