This three-day, two-night retreat weekend is focused around meditation. The retreat starts in the late afternoon on Friday and ends after tea late afternoon on Sunday. Mornings start with a relaxed vinyasa yoga class. Each day includes a guided meditation, Dharma talks, and inspiring workshops that explore the causes of stress and how to release them at home. In the afternoons, there is time to take refreshing walks through the countryside and explore local villages and historic sites. Enjoy a continental breakfast, two-course lunch, afternoon tea, and two-course dinner each day throughout the weekend.
