There are 10 spacious, individually styled bedrooms all with en-suite showers. Program

This five-day detox, fitness, and yoga retreat has a full program designed to optimize wellness results. Mornings start with a yoga class, run, or walk. Throughout the late morning and afternoon, partake in circuit training, nutrition consultation and workshops, fitness training, and a restorative yoga class. Morning yoga is interspersed with an extended morning hike, along with the opportunity for personal training and a cooking demonstration.

Chris is a fitness trainer and educator with ten years experience in the health and fitness industry. He offers bespoke training and nutrition services at fitness retreats, infused with passion and deep knowledge. 
Sophia Greengrass
Sophia
After experiencing the physical and emotional transformation yoga had on her, Sophia felt called to teach and completed her teacher training in Hong Kong and India. Her classes blend hatha, vinyasa, and meditation, encouraging her students to stretch, sweat, breathe, and reset. Intrigued by the energy body and manifestation, Sophia also explores intention and awareness in her yoga classes. 
Isabelle Bisson
Isabelle
Isabelle first trained in Shiatsu massage 20 years ago and has since continued to develop her expertise in holistic healing, including Thai massage and acupuncture. Her massages are deeply relaxing and intuitive, incorporating her knowledge of Eastern medicine to release energy blocks, pain, and muscle tension.
