This country lodge is situated down a quiet lane in the village of Tiptoe in the New Forest National Park. The cozy house is filled with art and quaint, period details and furniture. Choose from a range of double and twin bedrooms, which share two bathrooms and three toilets. There is a light-flooded yoga studio in the gardens with views over the surrounding orchard. The property is enveloped by the forest that leads all the way down to the sea.

Program

This weekend retreats goes from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon. After settling in, unwind with Yin yoga on the first evening. Both mornings start with a vinyasa flow and guided meditation. After brunch, enjoy free time to go for a swim, paddle board, or take a nature walk. In the afternoon, partake in a workshop and then unwind with Yin yoga.

Jenny
Jenny (AKA Zen with Jen) believes in the healing power of the outdoors, proper rest and being by the sea. She completed her 200 hour vinyasa teacher training in 2017 and has since studied yin yoga, trauma-informed yoga and meditation. Jenny is also a paddle board and SUP yoga instructor. She loves sharing the practice of yoga and helping others feel more connected to themselves and to the world, something she shares through her adventure-inspired retreat company The Wild Times.
