Fair Oak Farm Country Estate is spread over 12 acres of sprawling countryside. Accommodation is in luxurious facilities, including eco-friendly tree houses, barns, and shepherd's huts. The estate is set amidst blooming gardens and shady trees, with walking trails aplenty winding through the property.

Program

This three-night retreat gives you the opportunity to switch off from your day-to-day and tune into yourself and nature. Mornings are filled with meditation, yoga, and breathwork. During the day, there will be health and wellness workshops to attend. There will be free time to take a stroll through the woods, explore the grounds of the farm, or book a holistic therapy. Come evening time, gather around the fire or watch a movie in the cozy farm.

Jayne
Jayne is the owner of Deva Yoga and has been practicing yoga for 20 years. With a background in Sivananda and Vinyasa yoga, she pursued her teacher training in vinyasa flow and continued her education by training to teach yoga for children and children with special needs. Jayne's classes are challenging but nurturing, using creative sequences and breathwork to build strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
