Program

The three-day weekend retreat is designed around learning how to deal with stress and ultimately reduce stress in all areas of life. Throughout the weekend, there are a number of workshops that dissect topics relating to stress and provide mindfulness tools. There are also guided meditations and the opportunity to take mindful walks in the surrounding nature.ย

Toadhall is set in a tranquil rural hamlet near Muchalls, just a short drive from Aberdeen and Stonehaven. The house has four rooms, including one studio. The other three rooms vary between shared and private accommodation, as well as shared and en-suite bathrooms. The house also has a garden, fireplace, and beautiful meditation room. The venue has easy access to nature trails along massive cliffs and to the crashing shores of the coast.

Recognizing the power of mindfulness to change both business and personal relationships, Angela decided to pursue her training in mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR). Currently, Angela runs retreats and workshops centered around the concept of mindfulness.
