Location
The yoga centre, which is exclusive for our yoga holiday guests, is a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Aegean sea, where you can swim and relax on the sandy beach. From here you have a beautiful view and you can see the stunning sunset. The large pool invites you for a swim to start the day or to freshen up after a sunny day.

The centre is located about 1.5 kilometres from the centre of Kos town. In the surroundings, you will find the real Greek tavernas, where you can enjoy lunch in a local atmosphere and the wonderful hospitality of the Greek people.

The rooms have a private bathroom, air conditioning, and balcony. Wi-Fi is available in public spaces. In the lush garden, there are plenty of nice spots where you can read and relax in one of the hammocks.

Food 
Every morning before yoga, Yoga on Kos makes a tasty juice for you. After the yoga session, you will have breakfast, freshly baked bread, different kinds of cheeses from the island, yoghurt, nuts and seeds, and seasonal fruits. They serve a delicious Greek-style dinner, prepared on-site by the chef. Everything will be fresh and with as many local products as possible.

The meals are vegetarian and vegan. At dinner, it's 'bring your own booze'. It is always nice to try newly discovered Greek wines. The food, nice company, and atmospheric lanterns will create a successful evening.

Filtered water, herbal tea, and coffee are available all day.

Program

While you wake up, we prepare a delicious fresh juice for you. A rich and healthy breakfast will be served in the garden

In the evenings we serve a delicious Greek-style dinner, prepared on-site by our chef. Everything is fresh and we use local products as much as possible. The meals are vegan and vegetarian. At dinner, it’s ‘bring your own booze‘. Always nice to taste newly discovered Greek wines.


All activities are optional. You may also take extra resting days. You will have all the time to do what you like, relax, go to the beach, for coffee in town or chill at our pool.

Boat trip
You will go on a boat trip to nearby islands.

Vist to vineyard
You will go for a visit to family-run vineyard where you taste local wines.

Stand up paddling
If you have always wanted to try stand up paddling, one morning you be taken for a SUP session.

Sunset meditation at Hippocrates Altis in the Asklepion area
You will be close to the Asklepion and it will be very special. This is the sacred place of Hippocrates, father of medicine who was born on Kos. The unique atmosphere makes this meditation a special and unforgettable experience.

Visit to Therma, natural hot springs
One evening, you go to Therma. These are natural hot springs, which the Greeks themselves use to relax and enjoy. While the sun goes down and the stars come out, it is wonderful to float in the warm water with the sounds of the mountain goats in the background.

That’s what yoga is teaching me. In my yoga classes I focus on relaxation in the poses, natural breathing and embodiment. My yoga journey began in 2009 when I lived in India for an internship. Before I joined my first yoga class, I learned about yoga philosophy just by talking to my Indian friends. Over the years I followed multiple yoga trainings to gain more knowledge about asanas, breathing techniques and yoga philosophy.

Yoga is a beautiful gift to the world. I feel very blessed to have been born into a Yogi family with an Indian father and an English mother, My mother is a yoga teacher and I discovered yoga through her at a very young age. In my sessions, i draw upon all my experiences of healing arts & yoga. I am deeply passionate about being a part of the healing journey of my students. I always listen to the energy and needs of the students and adapt each class to everyones needs offering modifications, keeping the practice playful & fun too.

The practice of yoga and meditation has become a very important part of my life. I knew I wanted to share these beautiful experiences with the world. My style of teaching feels like a journey of the self through the self to the self. I invite you to turn your focus inwards, to become more aware of your breath and the sensations in your own body and I keep on guiding you through the whole practice so you become the explorer. My main focus will always be love and compassion for yourself.

Since 2014 my life has turned upside down, I learned and noticed how important it is to take good care of my body in daily life. Yoga is enormously supportive in this and now it has become much more of a lifestyle than just the physical postures in a yoga class. I like to combine and make intuitive use of these styles depending on the group, setting and time. In my yoga classes I like to take you on a journey in your body, with attention - to (re) connect and listen what your body has to tell you. To take better care of yourself.
