THE TEACHERS
Host teachers Maiwenn Langlois will lead you through a balanced full body movement program including pilates, yoga and breathwork to help connect deeper to your body and a build a practice to take home with you. Kim Mcfadden will be guiding you through nature connect practices to awaken the wild within. Opening our body, mind and soul to the four elements. This will help you rebalance the nervous system, bringing a deep sense of stillness and embodiment.
Suitable for beginners to more experienced students, with a maximum of 12 people per retreat and 2 practitioners on hand you will be assured plenty of individual attention and guidance.
THE FOOD
The whole food, plant-based menu has been designed to detoxify the digestive system and heal your body from the inside out. Each meal will be lovingly prepared in-house using organic and seasonal (wherever possible) and presented buffet style allowing the opportunity to explore and create to your taste..
THE THERAPIES
We aim to help you kick start your health and give you a well-earned break from everyday life. After an active day we can organize a therapy of your choice from a local practioner to help aid rest weary muscles and set you up for a good nights rest.
