Located on expansive land with dreamy sea views, Gayles is a UK retreat center situated between Eastbourne and Brighton that offers the best of the countryside and seaside. The majority of accommodation is shared, where you will stay in dormitories fully-equipped with bathrooms and storage. Surrounded by a carefully curated garden and meadow, you’ll never be without views or a space to retreat into nature on this intimate and relaxed property that features a fireplace and outdoor terrace.

Program

During a long weekend at Gayles, the program focuses on rejuvenating asanas in the morning and a deeply restorative yoga practice in the evening. Transformative meditation, qi-gong, and sound bath classes designed to deepen your consciousness take place throughout the weekend. Combined with free time soaking up the natural beauty of the English countryside, leave with a renewed sense of mental and physical clarity and a stronger sense of self.

With over 20 years of yoga practice and 15 years of teaching yoga, Charlotte brings a depth of experience and knowledge about yoga and meditation to her retreats. Charlotte is a 500-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher who focuses on mindfulness, compassion, and the therapeutic uses of yoga, practices that come through in her intentionally designed retreats.
